Sarah is BK Decor’s Colour Consultant, who can provide assistance in selecting the perfect colour scheme for your interior or exterior before the painting starts. Sarah has an advanced diploma in Interior Design and has been working with BK Decor for the past 5 years, She also works independently assisting people with colour selections.
Changed Practices during the COVID Crisis
Sarah has adapted her work processes to adapt to the current situation. She can still provide exterior and interior colour consultations as social distancing can be adhered too. However Sarah is aware that many people may still not feel comfortable having someone enter their home and for that reason she will continue to offer video and phone consultations for a reduce price. Packages
Face to Face Consultation includes a 1.5hours consultation. This consultation involves site visit with comprehensive discussion about the vision for the space, colour options and selections. 1.5hours is a comprehensive time frame to select your colour scheme. Upon requested A4 Colour samples can be arranged at no additional cost. You will also receive a colour schedule.
Interior consultation - $150.00 (any additional time will be charged at $40per hour)
Exterior consultation - $150.00 (any additional time will be charged at $40per hour)
Interior and Exterior Consultaton - $225.00 (any additional time will be charged at $40per hour)
This type of consultation is currently only available for exteriors or interiors where social distancing can be adhered too.
Video Call Consultations includes a 1 hour consultation which involves a video call to see the space while having a comprehensive discussion about the vision of the space, whilst looking at the current lighting and style. We have a discussion about colour options and create two colour schemes. These colour schemes are documented and sent to you via email or post. Colour samples will be provided as will a colour schedule.
For context providing a colour consultation via video is not the same as experiencing the space first hand, and although we can see the space and discuss all the details it is important the colours are looked at in the space. I give you a couple of options to help assist in making the best choice for your space.

For any additional colour schemes - $10. 00
Phone Call Consultation includes a 1 hour consultation which involves a comprehensive discussion about the vision of the space. I would request I get at least 2 images of the space we are working with. We have a discussion about colour options. The amount of colour schemes you would like sent through can vary (please see costs below) These colour schemes are documented and sent to you via email or post. Colour samples will be provided as will colour schedules.
